Brain Hacker DX Onahole Review
I am a sucker for unique onaholes to add to my collection, so my mind is blown when I was offered to review the Brain Hacker DX by XTC Japan – now available on Onahole.com (US) / Motsutoys (EU).
Now I’ve got to be honest, the idea of fucking a brain wasn’t something I’d fantasized a lot about previously. But after receiving the Brain Hacker DX and trying it out, I knew right away it would be an onahole I’d actually use quite regularly – and as a collector with several dozen of them, that’s saying something.
So, what makes the Brain Hacker DX great – and who should look elsewhere?
In this review, I’ll be sharing my honest thoughts after enjoying many sessions with it.
Packaging Of The Brain Hacker DX
Motsutoys told me that this onahole was definitely going to be a mindfuck, and that experience started when I first lifted the box out and looked at it for the first time.
(Seriously, look at that cutie on the box. Tongue out, drooling, that look in her eyes like she’s succumbed to pleasure.)
I was already excited to fuck my (or her?) brains out, and the excitement only built when I opened up the box to see what was inside.
There it was, carefully packaged and ready to be lifted out, unwrapped, and enjoyed.
Box art collectors will be happy to know that the inside of the box contains more art as well, larger and even easier to view.
I really appreciate the care put into things like this. While my favorite packaging ever probably has to go to the Himitsu no Madōsho Onahole that I reviewed here, XTC Japan really sells the whole mindfuck aesthetic from the very beginning.
The Brain Hacker DX comes with a small amount of lube, so you can try it out even if you forgot to buy some. That being said, if this is your first onahole, you’re going to want to buy more. Because if you’re anything like me, you’re going to get addicted. Fast.
Appearance, Design, And Weight
Okay, I’ve got to be honest. I know the size is listed on the sales page, but I didn’t expect the Brain Hacker DX (US Link | Europe Link) to be this freaking big.
Measuring in at 18 cm (~7.1 inches) long and 14 cm (~5.5 inches) wide, this thing is hefty. In fact, this is about the size of an actual human brain, which only makes this onahole’s unique form factor even more cool!
It’s somewhat heavy at 1.2kg (~2.65 pounds), so you’d think that this would be best used with two hands. And that certainly is one great way to use it. But because this thing is not a tiny tunnel, it’s actually possible to grasp the top of the the brain and push it down onto your cock, rather than constantly lifting it.
This makes one-handed use comfortable and it feels amazing.
Because the onahole is so long, you’re unlikely to hit the back of it unless you’re much larger than average, making it a great onahole for people with larger penises. More on that later.
This onahole is incredible to hold. It has the perfect amount of firmness to give off the illusion that you’re holding a brain. Your fingers can rest in the ridges a ton of different ways, and there is enough material there to really sink your hands into it while you’re fucking it. Gripping and squishing it feels wonderful.
Two more points on design I’d like to touch on:
1. The bottom has a large flat section, which helps prevent it from slipping or rolling off whatever surface you set it on. You don’t notice this when you’re fucking it normally, but if you flip it over, you will see it.
2. Outside of the box, this doesn’t really look like a sex toy. If someone who didn’t know what onaholes were saw it, they would probably just assume it was a model brain. Even the entrance hole feels covered and well hidden. This may be useful if you are worried about someone innocent discovering it.
In a nutshell, the design and packaging are the most unique factors of this onahole, and XTC Japan did excellent with them.
The Feeling Of The Brain Hacker DX Onahole
As nice as it is to look at, my favorite thing to do with onaholes is to fuck them. So let’s talk about that.
This onahole would be best described as soft, with medium stimulation.
If I were going for the greatest, highest stimulation fuck with a quick but powerful climax, this wouldn’t be it. That honor would go to the Nurse’s Special Treatment onahip, which actually, is ALSO by XTC Japan!

I’ve got to be honest, I can’t distinctly feel all 7, even when using it without a lot of lube. However, I can feel 4 different sections distinctly, and that is still really great to me.
When I hold the top of the brain and push it down hard onto me, I can feel myself going through zone 5 and enjoying that rare push into zones 6 or 7, which feels like heaven.
That raised bump in section 5 is actually one of the tightest sections of the entire onahole. Pushing through it feels similar to pushing through the womb chamber seen on many other onaholes, only without the additional hardship of being difficult to clean later.
The rest of the onahole is somewhat loose compared to others, but this only makes it more blissful as an onahole to edge with.
And as a bonus, this also means it won’t spit you out if you aren’t completely hard, and it’s easy to get back into if you do lose your erection.

Just open it up a little bit and let water flow inside, and dig your fingers through to loosen up all the lube that may be stuck inside.
The fact that the Brain Hacker DX is more loose than a lot of other onaholes means that it’s easy to get in there without much trouble, and there is no womb chamber to keep anything stuck. I do not think any additional cleaning accessories like the KYO shower are needed for this one.

This is a first, but I actually feel like the outside is more difficult to clean than the inside, due to this onahole’s unique design.
Unfortunately, if you run the whole thing under the sink, water does get stuck in the creases of the brain, which can be a bit to pain if you want to dry it off before storing it. While air drying it is possible, dirt can get easily stuck to it while it’s wet.
Closing Thoughts
Overall, the Brain Hacker DX (US Link | Europe Link) was a lot better than I expected it to be!
While its biggest selling factor is its unique design, the tunnel was very good as well, especially for edging and longer sessions. If I had tried this as my first ever onahole, I certainly wouldn’t have been upset!
