Our Secret Relationship – Aki Himeko Onahole Review
There aren’t a lot of onaholes out there that are modeled after male characters, and include a penis. So when one becomes available on the market, you hope it’s good.
That is why when I received the Aki Himeko mini-torso (US Link | Europe Link) from Onahole.com / Motsutoys, I couldn’t have been more excited to try it out.
But what is it like to fuck an onahole with an attached penis, and how does it hold up to similar onaholes in its price range?

Our Secret Relationship – Packaging And Lore
The first thing I noticed is that this product is quite similar to a product that used to be stocked by Motsutoys, the Otokonoko DX Femboy.
Both feature a femboy-like character on the front, though this one takes it a step forward with its backstory.
The story here is that Aki Himeko – the character on the box, has been madly in love with you for a while now. He’s shy, he’s eager, and he wants to be your hidden lover that you keep secret from the world.
For bicurious men who are curious about this toy, I can see this story being quite appealing!
While the inside of the box is somewhat plain, the unit does include a hard protective case, and some included lube as well.
I gotta say, I always appreciate when companies throw in trial lube packets, and I’ve seen this more with products from Seiraku Toys. So, that’s a great addition for sure!
The only other inner box art is this cute chibi character of Aki Himeko.
The hard plastic casing fits nicely back in the box, so you can use it for longer-term storage if you wish to do so.
Our Secret Relationship – The Design
Because this onahole (US Link | Europe Link) features not just a chest and a large plump ass, but also a penis and testicles, it’s nice to see that it’s well-proportioned – both in size and weight.
The ass is nice and firm, with the cheeks being a bit longer and less bubbly than other onaholes of a similar size. I feel like this does a good job at giving the impression that this is a male ass that you’re going to be enjoying.
Flipping it over, you have the testicles and penis to enjoy.
Both are quite firm, but the penis is flexible enough to move around and angle any way that you want it.
The tip is rather thin, and the added veins provide a bit of extra stimulation should you wish to insert it into yourself, either orally or anally.
(Keep in mind that it is still TPE however, and therefore is prone to building up bacteria. Clean it VERY well after use if you decide to insert it into any part of your body.)
I should note that for better or worse, the penis is quite small, measuring only 10cm long (or 3.93 inches.) This is smaller than the average penis, and doesn’t give you a lot of length to work with, especially for stroking it with your hands.
I was a bit surprised to see just how small it seemed in person, even though this information was clearly listed by the manufacturer.
After all, weight balance matters a lot when there are so many different parts. It’s already pushing the edge of one-handed use weighing 2.2 kg (4.85 lbs) and a longer penis may have hurt more than it helped.
At least the smaller penis helps add to the femboy vibe, right?
Our Secret Relationship – The Feeling
Overall, I was very pleased with how the ‘My Secret Relationship’ (US Link | Europe Link) onahole felt!
I’d describe it as medium tightness, medium-high stimulation, and definitely felt great throughout the entire length of the tunnel.
If it weren’t for the fact that one-handed use isn’t the most comfortable (and the fact that I’m personally not that into femboys / men), I wouldn’t mind using it as my main daily driver.
If you are new to onaholes and you only want one, male-focused onahole, this one can certainly do the job.
For seasoned collectors, the main differentiator during use is going to be the presence of the penis.
When the onahole is facing towards you, the penis will likely rest against your stomach somewhat, and will stand up erect for you to give it a handjob or play with it.
When fucking the onahole with it facing away from you, you can feel the penis flop around a bit, and bounce back against the material. This can provide an extra bit of immersion that you’re fucking a guy, which may certainly be a plus to some users!
Cleaning
Cleaning the onahole can be done in under a minute, by running it under warm water and digging in to clear out any lube or fluids.
The only thing of note here that makes it different is you might want to be mindful of placing it face down in a sink. A lot of movement may cause a lot of weight and friction on the penis, which may make it more prone to damage.
Otherwise, cleaning is quick and painless!
Closing Thoughts
Ultimately, this is a solid ‘all-rounder.’ It’s not the most stimulating onahole ever. It’s not the softest. But it is pretty darn good at just about everything, and considering there aren’t a lot of male onaholes on the market, having something that can appeal to just about everyone was probably a wise choice.
