Mine also had the same defect. See, the internal skull of the toy and some elements of the design seem to use the same ones as the Magic Face 2 by MagicEyes. There’s a couple differences, namely that the Succubus Face is slightly smaller and has the hole at the bottom for easier cleaning. I believe the manufacturers for the toy mistakenly reused the tunnel design from the Magic Face 2, which I’ve also owned and it seems to be identical to. And of course the reason the tunnel goes all the way back to the skull and has exposed plastic is due to the slightly smaller size. If you notice, the tunnel design is lacking in several other listed areas as well, like around area 3 where the tunnel seems to have a fake cervix for pleasure that mine at least also lacks.
